On Tuesday, Sept. 18, Students for Individual Liberty will sponsor an address by James W. Lark, III at 7:30 p.m. in Room 130 of Minor Hall at the University of Virginia. Dr. Lark is a professor in the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Libertarian National Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of the International Society for Individual Liberty; he served as the national chairman of the Libertarian Party during the 2000-2002 term. His address, entitled "The Libertarian Movement: Where We Are, Where We Are Going," is free and open to the public.
